6. メールマガジン
メールマガジンは、原則として本人による登録手続および登録確認を経たメールアドレスに配信します。
配信管理のため、メールアドレス、登録日時、登録確認状況、配信停止状況その他必要な記録を保存することがあります。
メールの配信状況の確認やサービス改善のため、配信、開封、リンクのクリック等に関する情報を取得する場合があります。適用法令により事前の同意が必要な場合は、必要な同意を取得します。
メールマガジンは、各メールに表示される配信停止手続により、いつでも停止できます。
7. 第三者への提供および委託
当社は、本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で、以下の種類の委託先またはサービス提供者に個人情報を取り扱わせることがあります。

本サービスで利用するクラウド、メール配信、ホスティング、決済その他のサービスの提供場所によっては、個人情報が日本以外の国または地域で処理または保存されることがあります。
国外移転に関して法令上の措置が必要な場合、十分性認定、標準契約条項、契約上の保護措置その他適用法令で認められた方法を含む、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
9. 保存期間
当社は、取得した個人情報を、利用目的を達成するために必要な期間、法令上必要な期間、または権利の行使・紛争への対応に合理的に必要な期間に限って保存します。
メールマガジンの配信停止後も、配信停止の意思を尊重し、誤って再配信することを防止するために必要な最小限の情報や、同意・配信管理に関する記録を一定期間保存する場合があります。
保存する必要がなくなった情報は、法令および当社の管理方針に従って削除または匿名化します。
10. 安全管理措置
当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、紛失、改ざんその他の事故を防止するため、取り扱う情報の性質およびリスクに応じた合理的かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
